The Shi Tu Scheme, launched in 2013, has successfully fostered meaningful connections between teachers and students. Over the years, many participants have joined this learning journey and shared overwhelmingly positive feedback. Their experiences demonstrate how the Scheme has inspired growth—not only during the program but also in shaping their future paths. Below are reflections from past participants, showcasing the lasting impact of this initiative.

感謝「師徒計劃」為我提供一個生活的「讀書堂」,讓我與我的「徒弟」鄭嘉雲同學一起參與、經歷!要注意的是教師得多時都不能明確知道學生的全部需要,但日子有功,從師生互動中,學生總會明白到教師的心意,也能確立起自己的目標,並堅定地朝目標進發。

My mentor likes a candle, who dedicates her life into teaching and research, and uses her life to inspire students. She enlightens me with hope, and inculcates me with knowledge, skills and positive attitudes. As a prospective teacher, my Shi-fu's passion and dedication to teaching are exemplary. She is the best role model to me.
